Harmonizers - Selenite and Shungite

Harmonizers are two objects held in either hand during times of meditation or grounding. Holding one on either side of the body is meant to create balance. Think of harmonizing rods like lightening rods, they are used to attract positive energy and healing. Harmonizers are often used after being surrounded by a lot of people, during times of anxiety or to cleanse a cluttered mind.

Shungite: Shungite is a black, lustrous, non-crystalline mineral composed mainly of carbon, it is found primarily in Russia. The anti-bacterial properties of shungite have been confirmed by modern testing. Is is called the stone of life and rejuvenation stone as it has tremendous healing and antibacterial qualities. It can charge water with cleansing energies and protects against electromagnetic radiation from things like computers and cell phones.

Selenite: Selenite is named after the Greek word for moon, contrary to popular belief, it contains no significant selenium. Selenite is a form of fibrous and crystallized gypsum, of which there are three other varieties; satin spar, desert rose and gypsum flower. These four varieties are sometimes grouped together under the name selenite. It's soft light is sought after to provide clarity of mind and expanded awareness of the higher self. An incredible property of selenite is that it does not need to be cleansed as it continuously clears and recycles energy. It is said to help regenerate the cellular structure and has been used to correct skeletal disorders and to promote flexibility.
